Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance (QA) is placed on all project activities particular professional expertise, which is fundamental to long-term project quality. We give top priority to human reliability because the quality of services provided by our firm is closely related to and determined by human performance.
In our construction Feasibility Studies and Technical Assistance Projects, the core of the quality assurance is a combination of detailed internal and external monitoring and evaluation of projects, which are aimed at identifying and producing the needs, requirement and possibilities to the taste of the client.
We implement this programme in accordance with the provisions of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Code ISO 9001: 1994; quality systems – model for quality assurance. This is carried out to enable Continuous improvement in quality and fitness for purpose in all the firm’s undertakings. Moreover, our quality goal is doing the right thing and doing it right the first time, on time, so to meet Client’s expectations and needs. The firm has also developed an in-house quality system geared towards the most efficient performance of our work. Aspects of the quality system include; Project Quality Plan, Company procedures Manual, Quality Assurance Functions, Quality Control, Design Review, Document Control and Quantity Improvement/Feedback.
